T.O.C. is allowed to use the federal coat of arms in business dealings. This distinction is awarded to companies that have made exceptional contributions to the Austrian economy.

Pioneer

Minister of Economics Reinhold Mitterlehner has awarded the internationally active consulting company T.O.C. Tecno Office Consult according to § 68 of the Trade Regulation Act. This makes T.O.C. the first consulting company with a focus on holistic real estate consulting to be awarded this special state distinction.

In this volume 10 years T.O.C. we want to say thank you! Thanks to our business partners, clients and friends, who made it possible for us to become one of the global players in the field of integrated real estate consulting within 10 years.

Professionalism, sustainability, honesty, respectful treatment of our employees, business partners and clients have been our standards from the very beginning. The long-term and good business relationships are witnesses of these guiding principles and values.

At T.O.C. the focus is always on people! Whether in the interaction with our employees, the site evaluation of our clients, in the building planning and building optimization, the consulting of building owners or investors, as general planner or general contractor. In all projects, it is not only about buildings and values, but primarily always about the people who make these values sustainable in the first place.
